The Eastern Advanced Manufacturing Alliance (EAMA) offers an opportunity for local high schools to partner with local manufacturers in a video challenge that educates students about career opportunities in manufacturing. EAMA’s goal is to educate students, teachers and parents about the manufacturing industry by pairing high school teams with local manufacturers to create videos that showcase the skills and education necessary for a manufacturing career.
A student team at Montville High School selected Jaypro Sports to serve as the manufacturer to feature in their video. The student team met with Jaypro Sports several times: first to perform a set of interviews and tour of the facility; then to review their proposed story and script; then to film, and finally to edit and proof the video. The result of their hard work is realized in the video below.
